About

Hey, you made it! Out of all the places you could be right now, you chose to land here—and that makes me ridiculously grateful. Welcome to my little corner of the internet.

Here, you’ll find unhinged blogs, whacky podcasts, and maybe even a random dopamine hit or two. My goal? To shift your perspective just enough so that even if your day started with rush hour traffic and spilled coffee, you’ll still walk away smiling.

Is it easy to see life this way? Nope. Can it be done? Absolutely.

I’ve learned (the hard way) that life can get messy, chaotic, and downright unfair. For a long time, I thought life was happening to me. But then I realized: the story we tell ourselves matters.

Rent isn’t just “ugh, due again”—it’s “I get to pay rent because I have a place to live.” That shift changes everything.

I’m not an optimist. I’m more of a comedic realist. I know socks get holes, cheese smells linger, and bad days happen. But I also know we can choose how we see it—and that’s where the magic happens.

So, if you’ve read this far, congratulations—you’re already part of the Gratidude tribe. Stick around. Catch some gratitude. Laugh at the mess.

I couldn’t help but see it everywhere — the headlines, the scroll, the conversations… the world felt packed with bad news.

A hand reaching out from a black bag holding a smartphone against a blue sky with clouds spelling 'GOOD VIBES'.

Instead of drowning in negativity, I wanted to shine a light on the small, everyday things worth celebrating.

An astronaut in a space suit rides a rocket, surrounded by clouds that spell 'GRATITUDE' against a starry night sky, symbolizing celebration and positivity.

From a podcast to a blog (and soon, social media), I started creating little reminders that gratitude doesn’t have to be cheesy — it can be fun, funny, and real.

Now I’m working daily toward fulfilling the mission: shifting perspectives, one gratitude-focused thought at a time.

“A mission is just words until you live it out. Here’s the Gratidude Code — the five simple values that guide how we show up, laugh more, and spread good vibes every day.”

1. Keep an Open Mind
A “bad” moment can flip into a blessing if you shift your perspective. Forgot to charge your phone? Congrats — no doomscrolling on lunch break. Go outside, breathe, or spark a real convo with a co-worker instead.

3. Focus on What You Do Have
Dreaming of beachfront margarita life? Cool. But even if you’re not there yet, it doesn’t mean you’re losing at life. A full belly, a roof overhead, and a paycheck put you in a way better spot than you might think. Gratitude shifts “not enough” into “more than enough.”

4. Choose Kindness When You Can
Big or small — open the door, drop a compliment, cover a shift. Every act adds up. Positivity snowballs, and it always starts with YOU.

5. Don’t Take Life Too Seriously
Bad hair day? Join the club — there are 8 billion of us. Nobody’s remembering your flyaways on their deathbed. Life’s too short to obsess over the negative, so laugh it off and keep moving.
